Mongolian Silver Bird Applique

Description

Beautiful Mongolian silver bird applique circa 10th to 12th century AD. Openwork applique of a mythical bird facing left surrounded by a border of domed pellets. Detailing to birds head and feathers. Displayed on a custom made wooden and perspex display stand.
